NSW Police have fined American social media personality Sur Ronster and issued two traffic infringement notices for negligent driving after he led a swarm of approximately 40 e-bike and motorcycle riders across the Sydney Harbour Bridge's main deck during peak-hour traffic on Tuesday.

The group illegally rode along the bridge's main vehicle deck, where cycling is prohibited, before turning around and traveling through Sydney's CBD and Haymarket areas.

Following the fines, Sur Ronster announced he would return to the United States earlier than planned. "I didn't want to cause any more unintentional trouble," the YouTuber said.

The stunt, captured on video and shared across social media, has reignited debates about influencer culture and the responsibility of content creators who encourage dangerous behavior for views.
