The Australian Defence Force has confirmed that the six-wheel model of Supacat transporter that rolled and killed Corporal Brendan Hannam on October 5 had previously tipped over in a 2020 training exercise, and the ABC has revealed that the UK variant of the vehicle has been involved in more than 30 rollovers, including one that killed a Scottish reservist.
