Governors of three Welsh-medium primary schools in the Cwm Gwendraeth area of Carmarthenshire have called on the Welsh Government to impose an immediate moratorium on any closure of Welsh-medium schools, warning that council plans are accelerating the decline of the language in one of its traditional heartlands.
