The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for strong winds as Storm Austen approaches the UK, with gusts of up to 80mph expected on exposed coasts of Cornwall and parts of west Devon. The warning, the second-highest tier the Met Office issues, runs from 03:00 to 10:00 BST on Friday.
