Around 70 firefighters and ten engines tackled a large fire at an industrial site in Dagenham, east London, late on Wednesday evening. The blaze, which broke out in a unit containing tyres on Kemp Road, sent heavy smoke across the area and prompted the London Fire Brigade to advise local residents to keep their doors and windows closed.
