A federal judge has rejected Donald Trump's attempt to intervene in a Clean Air Act lawsuit against SpaceXAI, ruling that the Environmental Protection Agency does not have the power to unilaterally dismiss such suits on the president's say-so. The decision allows the NAACP's lawsuit against the Elon Musk-owned company to move forward over unpermitted gas turbines powering its Colossus data center in Memphis, Tennessee.
