Fremantle has opened a $1.28 million creative hub and recording studio at the Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre, designed to provide emerging artists with affordable access to professional recording and rehearsal space. The project, jointly funded by the federal government and the City of Fremantle, is part of a push to sustain the city's legacy as a music incubator.
