Otter.AI, the AI meeting note-taking startup, has raised $320 million from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund in a non-dilutive deal aimed at accelerating enterprise growth, international expansion and product innovation. The company, which crossed $100 million in annual recurring revenue last year, says 40 million people have now used its product, up from 25 million a year earlier.
