Former National Gallery of Victoria IT chief James Michael Hosking faced Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with stealing $8 million from the gallery. Police allege that over six years he bought mobile phones under an NGV account and sold them, resulting in seven counts of theft and one count of misconduct in public office.
