Legora, a startup that automates workflow tasks for legal professionals, announced Wednesday that it has raised $550 million in Series E funding, bringing its valuation to $8.8 billion. The company said its annual recurring revenue has more than doubled since April to over $200 million, and it plans to use the new capital to expand across North America.
