Ukrainian forces struck a weapons plant in Serpukhov, Moscow Oblast, overnight on Oct. 22, according to monitoring channels and independent Russian outlet Astra. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that 630 drones were headed toward Moscow Oblast, with most intercepted, but two people were injured in the Voronovskoye settlement. The Kyiv Independent notes that the reports could not be immediately verified.
