One person has been killed and at least four others injured in a shooting in Trappes, a suburb west of Paris, in what French authorities are treating as a terrorist incident. The suspected attacker has been apprehended and placed in police custody, and the National Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor's Office (PNAT) has opened an investigation into the attack.
