Thousands of Venezuelans marched in Caracas and several other cities on Thursday in the first nationwide opposition protest in nearly two years, demanding free elections and a date for the vote to choose a successor to former president Nicolas Maduro, who was captured by US forces in January. President Donald Trump and acting President Delcy Rodriguez have both said elections will be held, but no date has been set.
