Oxford University researchers have identified a set of proteins in the blood that may indicate a man's risk of developing prostate cancer more than a decade before diagnosis, including markers for aggressive, life-threatening disease. The largest study of its kind, published in European Urology, examined blood samples from over 2,500 men and tracked them for an average of 16 years.
