Hundreds of Ethiopians, mostly women and children, have crossed into Kenya fleeing fighting in the border town of Moyale. Kenyan police said on Thursday that the influx was caused by tensions between leaders of Ethiopia's Oromia and Somali regional states, with gunfire and chaotic scenes reported. The clash was reportedly sparked by a dispute over the raising of the flag of the Somali Regional State.
