Irish singer Ronan Keating and his Australian wife Storm have lodged development application plans with council to demolish their newly purchased Tamarama beach cottage and build a three-storey, four-bedroom home with a gym, playroom and pool. The couple bought the 1920s property under Storm’s name for $6.3 million in March.
