A series of escalating drone attacks across Sudan has killed more than 160 people in recent days, according to medics and rights groups, marking one of the deadliest periods in the country's civil war. The United Nations has condemned the strikes, which highlight the growing use of drone warfare in the conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
