U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has warned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to be 'very careful' about publicly claiming the United States is throttling the Starlink satellite internet service in Ukraine, calling such statements 'reckless' and 'not true.' The warning comes after Zelenskyy said in an interview that he believes the U.S. government slowed Starlink and blocked intelligence sharing, a charge both President Donald Trump and Bessent deny.

Russian air and drone strikes across nine Ukrainian regions killed at least eight people, wounded 60 others and cut power to more than one million people on Friday, Ukrainian officials said, as the United Nations reported a steep climb in civilian casualties last month.
