Brighton Grammar School, the elite Melbourne private school being sued by former Australian cricketer Will Pucovski over an alleged mishandled 2014 training incident, has filed a legal defence rejecting his claims and alleging he had pre-existing medical issues. Pucovski, who was forced into medical retirement in April 2025 after a series of concussions, claims the school mishandled a training incident that was the start of a series of career-ending concussions.
