Elon Musk and his America PAC have agreed to settle two proposed class-action lawsuits filed by Arizona residents who alleged the billionaire defrauded voters by promising a daily $1 million giveaway during the 2024 US presidential election. The settlements were disclosed in federal court in Austin, Texas, on Thursday and are subject to court approval. Terms of the agreement have not been made public.
