Two Colombian police departments on the front line of the country's drug war say they have no record of the Australian Federal Police's newly announced anti-drugs taskforce, according to a joint investigation by the ABC and the newspaper El Tiempo. The AFP insists the international joint investigations team, announced in May, is not yet operational and says an annex agreement signed in August will allow it to target transnational crime.
