Beavers to return to Loch Ness waters 500 years after last recorded
Up to 15 families to be released over three years after NatureScot approval
Beavers are set to return to the waters around Loch Ness for the first time in 500 years, after conservation charities were given permission to release up to 15 beaver families into the area over the next three years. The first reintroduction could potentially take place in November.
