Billionaire property developer Paul Little is making another attempt to sell a cleared South Yarra development site overlooking Melbourne High School's hockey pitch, with agents expecting about $8 million, while listed drinks company Endeavour Group is offloading the Manningham Hotel in Bulleen with an expected price of about $20 million.
