Binance and Deribit revoke API keys as precaution; SignalPlus says it will reimburse affected users in full
Crypto derivatives trading platform SignalPlus has suffered a security breach in which attackers compromised an engineer's computer via a fake Microsoft Teams meeting invitation; the company said the breach resulted in losses of less than $82,000, which it pledged to reimburse fully. Exchanges Binance and Deribit said Thursday they had revoked API keys connected to SignalPlus as a precaution, both stating their own systems were unaffected.
