The accidental star: John Waters on a 50-year career built on luck and chutzpah
The veteran actor reflects on bluffing his way into the business and his new role in Fiddler on the Roof
John Waters might never have become one of Australia's most famous stage and screen actors, were it not for a little bit of luck and a whole lot of chutzpah. Now 77, he is preparing to open in Fiddler on the Roof at Her Majesty's Theatre in Melbourne.
