SA Premier refers $15b road project to ICAC over bikie infiltration fears
Move follows opposition concerns about organised crime in infrastructure
South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas has taken the unusual step of referring the state's flagship $15 billion Torrens to Darlington road project to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) over fears of outlaw motorcycle gang infiltration in subcontracting works.
