Reform UK has been fined more than £2,000 by the Electoral Commission for failing to declare itself as the publisher of campaign material, with an additional penalty for late payment. Separately, the party has reported ITV to police over an undercover investigation that revealed racist language by party members, and is threatening legal action against the broadcaster.
