AI startup Serval raises $150m at $3bn valuation, takes aim at ServiceNow

Serval, an AI workflow automation startup challenging ServiceNow, has raised $150 million at a $3 billion valuation in a Series C round led by Sequoia, bringing its total funding to $277 million.
