Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani is launching what could be the country's biggest-ever initial public offering, with telecoms giant Jio Platforms aiming to raise up to 302bn rupees (£2.4bn) and targeting a valuation of 10.3tn rupees (£81bn) when it lists on the stock exchange from Wednesday.
