NRMA Insurance overcharged an estimated 41,564 New South Wales motorists about $12.17 million on their compulsory third party (CTP) green slip premiums after applying incorrect risk ratings to the districts where vehicles were garaged, and the state regulator has imposed a $479,500 penalty for the mistake and seven other contraventions.
