Riverton MP Jagadish Krishnan spent most of his salary on electorate expenses for three years running
Expense reports show the Labor backbencher outspent every other WA MP by at least $120,000 a year; Krishnan says the additional funding came from his personal accounts.
Labor's Riverton MP Jagadish Krishnan spent close to his entire backbench salary on electorate expenses for three years in a row, according to his expense reports, outspending every other member of both houses of WA Parliament in each of those years by at least $120,000. The reports add to scrutiny of Krishnan's personal finances after this masthead revealed last week that he faces a lawsuit from a wealthy New York businessman over an alleged unpaid $AU1 million loan.
