A package of bug fixes is set to go live on the XRP Ledger around 09:34 UTC on Friday, Oct. 23, after securing the minimum 29 validator votes required for approval. The patches address Ripple's proposed uncollateralized lending system, which remains inactive because its supporting amendments are short of votes, and close a loophole that could let some accounts create tokens they were only allowed to destroy.
