In one line

FLASH enables faithful 2K/4K image editing by anchoring a high-resolution detail branch to a frozen 1K editing backbone.

Editing high-resolution images with AI requires enormous computing power. Existing methods are either too slow or sacrifice detail by working at lower resolutions and upscaling.

FLASH uses two connected processing branches. A fast 1K branch handles the instructions and overall picture. A high-resolution branch adds fine textures and sharpness, guided by the 1K result.

The direct model achieved the strongest preservation of the original image. A progressive option runs early steps at 1K before switching to 4K, cutting total time by 30.5 percent, making high-resolution editing practical.
