SA Police said emergency services were called to Coromandel Valley just before 4pm following reports of a motorbike crash. The rider, a 41-year-old man from Munno Para, died at the scene.
Hours later, in an unrelated incident, emergency services were called to Hackham after reports that a pedestrian had been struck by a car. The pedestrian, a 60-year-old Hackham man, died at the scene. Police said the driver left the scene and later reported to the Christies Beach Police Station.
Investigations into both crashes are ongoing.
The state's road toll now stands at 79, compared with 87 for all of 2025 and 89 in 2024.
