Norway deploys air defense sensors, troops near Russian border
Defense ministry says move is preventative and not based on a new threat
Norway will deploy additional NASAMS air defense sensors and station 30 more troops in Finnmark, its northernmost county bordering Russia, the Norwegian Defense Ministry announced on Nov. 3.
