The options are offered through Binance’s Abu Dhabi-regulated broker-dealer, Nest Trading, with orders routed to US-registered Alpaca Securities for execution, clearing, settlement, and custody. This launch builds on Binance’s existing equities offering, which already includes more than 7,000 US stocks and ETFs.
Unlike equity-linked perpetual futures, the options are physically settled, meaning users who exercise them receive or deliver the underlying shares. The move marks a notable step in Binance’s ongoing push into traditional financial products, blending crypto infrastructure with established market instruments.
The new product is available only to non-US users, reflecting Binance’s efforts to navigate regulatory frameworks while expanding its product suite.
